We manufacture our products in a controlled environment so pouring/casting can be done year round. Fabrication of moulds - rebar mounts and brackets are done to the highest standards. Moulds are prepared with pin-point accuracy.
We inspect all products carefully before loading for delivery to site. Once on site layout and wall set are done with precision and accuracy.
Excavation, geo-fabric and compacted stone base allow for a perfect set. Tight spaces are really no problem for our trained crews. Our unique process allows us to dry-fit for quality control.
Site work is completed within hours and ready for vertical construction to begin!
